We are looking for a foreign lawyer who is highly motivated and able to work in our team as an associate. The responsibilities and requirements for our job are as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting foreign clients in their business activities and investments in Japan
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in connection with our foreign clients’ business activities and investments in Japan;
- Providing legal advice in connection with our foreign clients’ business activities and investments in Japan;
- Conducting legal research for Japanese law matters;
- Supporting Japanese clients in their business activities and investments in South-East Asia countries; and
- Liaising with our Japanese clients and local lawyers.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree in law;
- Admitted to practice law;
- Knowledge and experience in legal matters and business practices in Japan; and
- 3-5 years PQE as an attorney.
