- Devise suitable sales plan and strategy
- Responsible for overall sales strategy development including product and customer analysis
- Prepare annual volume plan and monthly statistical reports to achieve availability of vehicles as per plan, driving maximum sales
- Conduct Product and Market analysis and formulation of suitable sales plan and strategy
- Create competitive sales promotion program to support and ensure volume targets
- Organize, oversee & monitor the daily activities and sales performance of your team
- Conduct Sales Training

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years sales experience in automobile industry preferred
- Degree/Diploma holder
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Experience in training, motivating and leading a sales team
- Valid class 3 driving licence
