Toll Offshore Petroleum Services (TOPS) is the owner-operator of the premier offshore supply bases at Loyang (Singapore).

TOPS Loyang Offshore Supply Base is the region's total integrated offshore oil and gas hub operating on a 24/7 basis. A one-stop resource centre for oilfield services, equipment and supplies. Companies utilizing the Base are able to leverage significant business synergies with over 100 oil and gas companies in the Base, in terms of efficiency, economic and convenience. This enhances their ability to support offshore and onshore oil and gas exploration, as well as development and production activities, throughout the Asia Pacific region.

**The role**

We are looking for an experienced Operation Executive for our Marine function based in Singapore.

As the Operation Executive, you will:

- Management of SCM and bunker operations & Assist day-to-day operations.
- Accomplishes results by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules, planning effective deployment, and providing back-up and resolves customer problems by providing information and solutions.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources for business improvement.
- Support commercial assignment as tasked by the management.

**Qualifications**
- Atleast 2 years' experience in Offshore or Onshore industry as Ops Executive
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work at outdoor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
