- Position Title**:Operation Executive (Sea freight)**:

- Working Location: East - Loyang Way (Nearest MRT/Bus: Tampines East)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days - Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat (WFH): 8.30 am-12.30 pm
- Salary Package**:Basic Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus (Up to 3 months)**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
- Preparing and processing shipments.
- Follow up with customers on the shipment status, build good customer relationships, and assist with customers’ requests.
- Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customers' requirements.
- Responsible for closing all job files promptly to meet month-end closing of accounts.
- Ensure that KPIs are met.
