**Key accountabilities** Job Responsibilities**
- To perform operational duties as assigned by BU or functional reporting officer
- To perform duties related to the corporate governance, enterprise risk, compliance, sustainability and workplace safety and health (WSH).
- Conduct monthly WSH meetings, workplace inspection and safety briefing as per the company and regulatory framework agenda.
- Conduct/ maintain/ review risk assessments and monitor compliance to the identified controls.
- Conduct incident investigation and lead the team to work out remedial solution to prevent recurrence.
- Communicate and liaise with business partners, WSH regulators, authorities and other external bodies on behalf of the organization.
- Oversight and assurance of all compliance matters which include but not limited to safety related licenses, legal requirements, staff trainings (both internal and external), submission of reports to authorities.
- Develop and maintain bizSAFE and/ or ISO certification system, if required.

**Skills & experience** Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Good planning, organizing, communications and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and with all levels of employees and managerial staff
- Able to collaborate with relevant external authorities and parties
