**About the Role**:
As the ESG & Sustainability and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our organization's mission, services, and thought leadership in the sustainable business sphere. Additionally, you will be actively involved in managing and supporting the B Corp certification process for our organization. The B Corp certification is a critical part of our commitment to demonstrating our sustainable and socially responsible practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Continually measure, report and communicate (internally and externally) Atlas Professionals ESG and sustainability ratings through project managing the sustainability reporting process.
- Identify and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions related to renewable energy in the APAC region.
- Coordinate booth logistics, promotional materials, and staff attendance to maximize brand visibility and networking opportunities at these events.
- Be able to travel between Singapore and Taiwan freely, our regional hubs, to represent the Atlas Professionals brand at industry conferences and events.

**Requirements**:

- Masters in Leadership or Communications studies to understand how to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Certified or proven studies in digital marketing and sustainability impact measurements/reporting.
- Thoroughly understand the B Corp certification standards and criteria to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to guide the company through the B Corp certification process.
- Experience in monitoring ongoing compliance with B Corp standards and track progress towards meeting any improvement targets set during the certification process. Ideally have experience in generating Sustainability reports.
- Proven understanding and experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) within the renewable energy and sustainability industry.
- Experience in working in multiple countries, showcasing adaptability and knowledge when building regional marketing.
- Experience and ability in creating tailored, engaging and strategic pitch decks with proven success.
- Fluency in English is a must, with Mandarin language capabilities to work with local clients in the target markets and understand cultural uniqueness.
- Effective verbal and written communication to articulate and effectively communicate complex ESG and sustainability concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, stakeholders, and clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
