We are a leading automotive service provider committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead our operations to new heights.

As the Operations Specialist, you will oversee daily operations of our techinical team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in their work arrangements and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Ops Manager and staff to implement strategies that enhance productivity, optimize inventory management, and elevate the overall customers experience. You will liaise with existing suppliers to ensure quality of products delivered as well as source for new suppliers for new market entry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and develop initiatives to achieve targets.
- Train and support technical staff in best practices for customer service and operational excellence.
- Analyze inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and reduce waste in materials.
- Keep up to date on market trends and new products in the market.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and loss prevention policies.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote employee engagement.
- Foster close relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products provision.

Qualifications:

- GCE O Levels and above.
- At least 5 years of experience in Automotive parts and accessories operations, with a focus on management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to travel as needed to suppliers in China, Malaysia.
- Class 3 driving license as needed to travel to meet customers and our various workshop locations
- Well versed in automotive mechanical and electronic parts
