We’re looking for a passionate marketing manager to join our close-knit team

You will play an important role in the company and be responsible for optimising sales performance and growing new sales channels.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO, working closely with the Retail Manager and Marketing & Operations executive.
- Manage the e-commerce team and be responsible for operational aspects of the e-commerce site, including user experience, order fulfilment & processing, customer service, and web page development
- Manage and optimise digital ad campaigns, including Facebook ads, Google Search, Display and Shopping ads, and marketplaces’ ads
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales and digital marketing performance
- Identify new opportunity areas beyond current planned growth paths

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Possess proven e-commerce sales track record
- Experience in local and international e-commerce marketplaces, such as Shopee, Lazada and Zalora.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and / or other digital marketing analytics tools
- Strong understanding of CRM systems or marketing automation tools, preferably Klaviyo
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or other design software(s)
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with the team and partners

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
