**The role**

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall brand strategy, telling our story in Singapore through brand campaigns and across digital and retail touchpoints for Love, Bonito. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in Singapore across all major platforms and channels, primarily, e-commerce site/apps, loyalty, social media, paid & organic marketing, events & activations. Reporting into the Country Director, you will play a key role in building our brand, driving performance and reaching out and connecting to as many women as possible.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Brand Building_
- Lead, create and execute compelling Singapore marketing campaigns, driving paid and non-paid marketing performance in order to attain our loyalty, acquisition, engagement and revenue goals
- Assist and support in the development and delivery of Global Marketing campaigns from goal setting, promotion mechanics, customers' optimisations, to flawless program execution on all media channels and in-stores
- Be accountable to drive refreshing new content ideas through A/B testing, using a myriad of consumer touch-points from EDM, Out-of-Home, Social Media, Digital Marketing etc.
- Assist in approving and distributing all press related assets in Singapore, including press releases, products / new line pitches and media stories
- Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis to measure performance and devise process improvements and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
- Manage the annual marketing budget and expenditure for maximum returns
- Build a solid network of strategic brand partners, key industry players, and vendors to continuously increase and grow market share
- Leadership & Communication_
- Manage, mentor and groom the Marketing Pillars in Singapore to improve and optimise Marketing operations with best-in-class standards and excellence: Campaigns, Social Media, KOL/PR, Partnerships, Digital Communications
- Work alongside Retail, Commercial and Customer Experience teams to maximise omnichannel marketing for new collections, features and
- Collaborate with Social Team, Community Team and Retail Team to plan and execute community initiatives through driving offline events (including but not limited to press events/previews, influencer networking sessions and VIP events)
- Collaborate and steer Performance Marketing, Retail Marketing and CRM for Singapore
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to develop concepts for thematics and cross-channel campaigns

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication with 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand
- Solid hands-on experience in delivering localised campaigns in line with budgets and commercial objectives in a leadership role, in critically short lead times.
- Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Ana
