**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The Customer Success Manager role is key to the success of Customers and Users of all types. What will keep you busy are the following types of activities:
- Drive User adoption, retention, and success with lots of data that you will make sense of
- Build strong relationships with the customers across various regions
- Partner with commercial, product & customer service teams to bring the voice of Users of all types into the product roadmap and evolution of Produgie Academy
- Build content to support badges and certifications as part of Produgie Academy
- Collaborate cross-functionally on internal projects to continuously improve workflows, systems, and product experience at a low cost
- Create and maintain a high-quality knowledge database and User enablement library
- Provide product demos and help customers understand upgrade and purchase options
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate or master's degree in Psychology with preference in organisation psychology or human development specialization
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS startup company
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Passionate about customer success and building lasting relationships
