This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, you will execute project work with Motion Business in Singapore. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be primarily responsible to manage project and involve project execution including planning, control, tracking, designing, installation, testing and commissioning. You will also be supporting Sales tenders with the sales team.

Work model is: Onsite
- Managing cost margin, project schedule and procurement of equipment to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery with quality within cost.
- Providing the cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards.
- Creating and delivering scope-specific work plans and budgets, alongside risk assessments.
- Completing risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring implementation of resulting actions in one’s area of responsibility
- Assisting customers on technical issues, interacting with official contacts, contractors and other staff within his/her scope of deliverables.
- Performing drive testing and commissioning during factory and site acceptance test (FAT & SAT).
- Reviewing customer specifications and advise salesperson on commercial terms and conditions before project award.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in designing/engineering/commissioning/ Project Management.
- Knowledge in Power Electronics systems, PLC, VSD preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment such as switchgear, motor control center, turbine generator, protection relays and UPS.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with the team and passionate about delivery high quality client service.
