This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**

Work model: Onsite
- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
- Ensuring commitments to customers are met in accordance with contract.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects of different size, complexity and contractual types.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical
- Knowledge and experience in Motors or Drives products/systems
- Able to adapt to the team, build good team spirits and communicates proactively and effectively.
- Ability to establish good relationships with clients and provide them with excellent service and project delivery.
