We aim to deliver value-added, smart, reliable, green & energy efficient, quality, and cost-effective solutions that support the successful business and sustainability objectives of our customers. **ROLE DESCRIPTION** You are responsible for engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. **KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - To report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals - To assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program - To prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc. - Involves in technical specifications review of the project scope - To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices and all other contract documents - To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation - To liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Tender department in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors - To attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule - Perform all duties as assigned by project manager **JOB REQUIREMENTS** - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent - At least 2 years relevant experience in project management, preferably in handling ACMV, and within construction industry - Experience and relevant knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, chilled water system performance. - Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently - Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels. - Based at project site office. **When you join ENGIE, you will have access to**: - Recognition through remuneration compatible with the role and other additional benefits - Opportunities for personal and professional development - Business Unit: GBU Energy Solutions- Division: ESI AMEA - South East Asia - Singapore- Legal Entity: ENGIE RCS Pte.
