Engineering Manager

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
- Being responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of
- projects.
- Performing work that crosses the boundaries between engineering and project management, but engineering should take precedence.
- Scheduling preparation and resource forecasting for engineering to ensure successful completion of projects. Technical activities relating to the project inclusive of HW/SW Design, and quality compliance
- Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members during Engineering, Procurement, Erection/Construction,
- Commissioning, etc. In charge of performance management of vendors if applicable
- Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues
- Regional traveling for site meetings and site works is required

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering or Automation & Control
- About 10 years’ experience in automation control system (DCS/PLC) for industrial plants.
- Track record of successful project portfolio and commissioning exposure.
- Power Management System and SCADA experience on Zenon, 800xA.
- Experience on Cyber Security implementation for SCADA / OT Projects
