About The Team

As a core member of our LLM Global Data Team, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-hand experience in understanding the intricacies of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data sets, and become a leader building and growing a vibrant team together with us

Your Role Will Involve:
1. Gaining direct experience in data production processes, including drafting, revising, quality-checking, or performance analysis to understand the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.

2. Working closely with the leadership and HR team to design effective feedback loops for accelerating the professional growth of annotation specialists.

3. Tracking performance of team members and building training and supporting mechanisms.

4. Managing the day-to-day operation process of training operation or performance operation specialists.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Excellent leadership experience in operation management. Experienced in managing a high-calibre team at a fast-paced innovative environment.

3. Skilled at seeking a balance between employees' individual interests and organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. At least 2 working years of experience as people manager. Experience with global teams, teams larger than 10 people, and in operations at leading AI/LLM companies are strongly preferred.
