Overview:
Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an
**Order Operations Team Lead **to support
**APAC**
**(KAS: Korea, Australia and SEA) **Operations. This role will report to the Order Operations Manager for Korea, SouthEast Asia, Australia/New Zealand

Collaborating closely with Waters Global Operations team and local country team,
**Order Operations Team Lead **will be critical in supporting business growth and new business models, harmonizing best practices, optimizing operations process, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction across the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead KAS Order Operations team and run KPI scorecard, tools, and processes to support business growth
- Using data analytics to strategically design and enhance key operation metrics to manage performance quality
- Provide Risk Management on orders and sales backlog by working closely with business leaders and finance
- Supply chain management and demand planning: SAP Ordering Process and collaborating closely with global teams and APAC order operations managers to optimize operations process, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction across the region
- Import and Export. Insightful understanding of Customs regulation and provide solutions to business and customers to manage and mitigate risks
- Inventory and warehouse management including demo stocks
- Customers management including enquiries, orders, payments, and all customer services related areas to follow up to closure
- Team development and management
- Represent region in global transformation projects
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned (e.g. internal & external audit)

Qualifications:

- Min Diploma in engineering, logistic, commercial management, or relevant certification in supply chain field
- Min 3 years MNC working experience, with 1 years as managerial role with experience in customer operations/logistics
- Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AO)
- Proficient in quantitative analysis and problem solving
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities with mínimal supervision in a pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic business environment
- Proven track record of successfully cross functional teamwork and ability to manage through influence
