We are partnering with a real estate firm in search for a Manager, Sustainability due to expansion.

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Key driver for the development, monitoring and implementation of the firm's ESG strategy, policies, targets, framework and roadmap, reporting direct to the CEO
- Collaborate and coordinate internally and within the Group to promote best-in-class ESG reporting standards in line with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), and other relevant frameworks
- Lead the development of processes to measure, track and report ESG performance
- Lead ESG Certifications, Ratings, Benchmarks & Indices submission process and improve scoring. Eg. GRESB submission, S&P ESG Scoring
- Drive Sustainability Reporting process and collaborate within teams to frame and provide narrative for the report
- ESG Audit & Assurance
- Respond to requests for information regarding any portfolio’s ESG performance from rating and reporting agencies, current or prospective investors, and other stakeholders
- Lead regular update calls/meetings internally and within the Group
- Prepare quarterly ESG updates to BOD
- Provide support and technical advice to all HODs, Asset Managers, Property Managers, and other stakeholders to enable them to undertake their roles and responsibilities for sustainability
- Innovate and lead initiatives to engage and educate tenants to increase data coverage and sustainability performance for each property, in collaboration with the Real Estate teams.
- Work with Compliance team and Sponsor to ensure compliance to regulations and best practices

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability-related field, preferably in the finance/real estate sector
- Must possess knowledge of sustainability and climate-related issues, including about risks and opportunities, international standards and best practices
- Familiar with international sustainability frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, CDP, SASB, ISSB, etc
