Singapore ADVARIO ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

The Sustainability Manager is responsible for developing Advario's evolving sustainability strategy, leading the implementation of sustainability initiatives and tracking/compiling/reporting the company's ESG performance according to GRI standards. The role also entails close engagement with Headquarters in Germany and local/APAC business departments to improve sustainability aspects of current and new businesses.

**Your tasks**:
1) Drive Sustainability Strategy development and implementation
- Co-create in the development of the Advario sustainability strategy in the cluster including defining of objectives, providing competitive analysis, engaging stakeholder and implementing initiatives to increase employee awareness
- Play a key role in development of projects to improve the sustainability performance, in the areas of energy efficiency, climate protection, water management and resource conservation, together with the Innovative & Sustainability Taskforce
- To clarify, align, operationalize and communicate the sustainability agenda, source and provide recommendation on innovative technologies to improve operational sustainability performance

2) Administer Sustainability Policies and Best Practices
- Establish Sustainability network with HQ Group Sustainability and industry to promote the exchange of best practices in sustainability internal community
- Ensure all information about sustainability (e.g. policies, best practices, updates, etc.) is delivered to the respective stakeholders
- Monitors related government rules and legislation related to Sustainability

3) Manage Sustainability Performance
- Support the setting of tactical goals and objectives to drive clear roadmaps and KPIs towards global target of Net Zero Emission by Y2040, collaborating with key stakeholders to create team ownership and commitment, as well as following up on progress
- Contribute to the Sustainability KPI dashboard and regularly report progress
- Provides ESG reporting to shareholders and supports annual ESG audits

**Your profile**:

- Bachelors in Sustainability Management/ Engineering / Environmental Science
- Min 8 years relevant experience in related M&E, sustainability fileds or its equivalent
- Possess knowledge related to Engineering and Oil and Gas plant management
- Has excellent stakeholder management skills, problem solving skills, teamwork and cross multiple functions skills
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills and a high degree of motivation, flexibility, ambition and independence
- Passion to make a change in Sustainability for the Oil & Gas industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
