Their Singapore office is expanding to meet growing regional demand and is seeking dynamic professionals to join their team.

The **Consultant**will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and business transformation projects. You will engage with senior stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions that achieve lasting impact. The role requires a balance of analytical capability, communication excellence, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage effectively with stakeholders including manufacturing plants, supply chain partners, and leadership teams.
- Deliver high-quality outputs on time, ensuring professional standards are met.
- Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions and support implementation alongside clients.
- Actively contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing within the firm.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, **ideally in supply chain, operations, consulting**, or corporate functions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable, coachable, and intrinsically motivated with curiosity to learn.
- Willingness to work at client sites, including manufacturing environments.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in South East Asian languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
