The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Shopee’s Regional Supply Chain team oversees the overall strategy and operations of our network of transportation facilities and warehouses across our markets. We are seeking strategic and hands-on individuals to join us in building the most efficient and competitive e-commerce supply chain network. You will be part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative team that is excited to dream big about creating a seamless user experience while being pragmatic in driving improvement opportunities in all areas of the ecommerce supply chain.

Shape the Future of Logistics**:Develop strategy for our logistics and warehousing network, addressing both short
- and long-term needs with a sharp focus on balancing cost efficiency and exceptional customer experience.
- ** Drive Expansion with Impact**: Execute large-scale expansion plans—covering business case evaluation, facility sourcing and negotiations, manpower planning, and hiring top talents to fuel growth.
- ** Unlock Operational Excellence**:Analyse current fulfillment and transportation operations across markets to uncover inefficiencies, spot opportunities, and design innovative solutions for optimisation.
- ** Boost Efficiency at Scale**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency—optimising processes, warehouse layouts, inventory allocation, forecasting, and transportation routing.
- ** Lead Continuous Improvement**:Spearhead projects aimed at transforming operations—reducing costs, streamlining workflows, and elevating efficiency, all while keeping user experience at the core.
- ** Harness Data Power**: Utilise data analytics to create and track KPIs, run deep-dive analyses, and translate insights into impactful actions.
- ** Be a Hands-On Partner**: Work closely with local teams, rolling up your sleeves to implement pragmatic, on-the-ground improvement initiatives that deliver real results.
- ** Innovate with Tech**:Collaborate with technology teams to build cutting-edge capabilities, from developing features to designing algorithms that optimise operations end-to-end

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in management consulting, supply chain, internet, fast-moving consumer industries or any relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading and executing projects focused on process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction etc.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and flexible to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to overcome implementation challenges
- Willingness to travel to Southeast Asian markets to implement initiatives with local teams
