We're seeking a **Product Manager (Growth)**to own the full lifecycle of growth experiments and features — from discovery to delivery. You will play a critical role in scaling our user base, increasing engagement, and optimizing monetization funnels.

**What You'll Do**:

- Own and drive the **growth product roadmap**, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through **data analysis**, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Launch and iterate on **growth features and experiments**, such as referral programs, onboarding flows, gamified challenges, virality loops, and funnel optimizations.
- Partner closely with **engineering, design, marketing, and analytics**to rapidly test, ship, and refine growth initiatives.
- Define and track key growth metrics ( **K-factors, CAC, LTV, activation %, retention cohorts**), and report results with actionable insights.
- Lead **A/B tests and multivariate experiments**to continuously improve conversion rates and product performance.
- Localize and adapt features for different markets (e.g., Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines), ensuring cultural relevance and UX alignment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in **consumer tech**, gaming, social platforms, or mobile apps.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with **SQL, product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)**, and interpreting user behavior data.
- Hands-on experience with **growth loops**, **referral systems**, and funnel optimization.
- Proven track record of **shipping features and experiments**that drove user growth or engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, iterative, data-driven environment**.
- Experience working with designers, engineers, and marketers in agile teams.
