As a Growth Product Manager, you are responsible for contributing to a user-focus product strategy that drives healthy and sustainable active user growth. You will work with multiple disciplines in our growth product teams including User Acquisition, User activity and Partnerships with business teams to ensure we are optimizing for sustainable growth, driving KPIs of higher engagement and retention, and working to innovate on bringing new audiences onto our platform.

What you will do:

- Idealization: PM will need to study and lay down clearly the problems to be addressed, to conduct research and analysis to uncover market demand and trends to innovate, and to conceptualise potential products or features. Thereafter, the PM should work closely with product marketing management team to research the users' journeys and design the product features and experience. A proper
- Technical Development: PM will work closely with engineering teams, scoping business requirements, writing user stories and prioritising product backlog in collaboration with partners, translating the design concept into a working product, with clear and realistic timelines. This is done in an iterative manner, starting from a minimum viable product, and scaling it iteratively while testing at each stage to ensure that the product meets its end goal objective.
- Product roll-out: PM will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify suitable milestones to launch the product feature. The PM will also have to discuss and create product go-to-market, adoption and usage strategies to deliver outstanding value proposition. When required, the PM will have to work with business development teams to implement those strategies and achieve product goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Post launch, the PM will need to continue to monitor the usage and performance of the product to identify further opportunities for improvement. At an appropriate time, the PM should also be conscious of the product lifecycle, and plan and manage the product roadmap, addressing the evolving needs of users.

Our requirement:

- Demonstrated experience in building and delivering user growth products, preferably in the crypto industry
- Have passion for blockchain technology and / or are driven by transforming existing structures and market practices in order to provide better services and experiences to our clients
- Understand the distribution of users who are interested in crypto industry such as Cefi, Defi, NFT, Gamefi, etc.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Be able to act independently and take initiative and work well within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
