As a Transport Operation Manager, specializing in agency collaboration for transportation services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and maintaining partnerships with transportation agencies to ensure seamless logistics and exceptional service delivery.

**Individual to be involved in**:
1.Trainee will gain a thorough grasp of the company's operational flow, coupled with the capacity to adeptly organize work arrangements and align schedules with client expectations. As well as overseeing the transportation needs of the company and lead projects.

2.The trainee will gain proficiency in developing and executing efficient transportation routes, improving transportation services, and overseeing the supply chain effectively. This includes optimizing logistics operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency, as well as maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain process

3. Trainee will develop strategies to promote the company's best offerings to potential clients, including negotiating contracts and facilitating meetings. Engaging with clients and vendors to establish strong relationships, address transportation-related queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Promptly addressing all safety concerns and customer complaints. Further adjusting and renewing contracts to maximize revenue.

4.Trainee will monitoring and assessing team members' performance through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback aligned with business objectives. Providing effective leadership to the transportation team, which includes task delegation, motivation, and fostering a positive work environment.

5.Instilling a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and strategizing improvements in transportation processes and services. Developing and implementing protocols for handling emergencies and crisis situations within transportation operations.
