**Role Description**:
We are hiring for a Transport & Operation Manager responsible to direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle for their organizations. The goal is to manage the complete order cycle in order to boost corporate growth while also ensuring long-term viability and customer satisfactory.

This position manages and directs day-to-day operations, it plans, schedules, and reviews its workload and manpower in order to meet targets on a cost-effective basis. As we are in the transport industry, individual has to be able to work under pressure dealing with constraints that are often outside of your control.

**Specific Responsibilities**

**1. **Coordinates the transportation needs of the company and directs major projects. Delegating tasks appropriately to employees, monitoring performance, and conducting regular follow-ups with business objectives. This includes implementing and improving marketing plans for services to be offered in future.

**2. **Ensuring contacts are moving through their company’s sales funnel smoothly. Tracking conversion rates at each stage of the funnel and analyze relevant data in order to make informed recommendations on how to improve the funnel's effectiveness/performance.

**3. **Oversees the budgeting process, from proposal to expense control. Tracking all financial transactions to make sure projects stay within their budgets and ensuring services is well delivered as per client's requirements.

**4. **Maintaining strong relationship with clients by addressing all safety concerns and customer complaints promptly. Individual will develop sales strategies to promote company's best offer to potential clients. This includes, negotiating of contracts, facilitating meetings and further adjustment to renewal of contracts to maximise revenue.

**5. **Organize a compulsory briefing session to highlight possible arising negligence issues to aid compliance within employees. Compliance is critical in transportation, as negligence in following regulations may compromise safety.

**6. **Manage all vehicle properties ensuring that maintenance and damage repair activities are all well maintained. This includes, managing and controlling processes, costs, claims, accident report and downtimes.

**Duration of Traineeships**:6 months
