- Role Description: This position is responsible for overall operations of all the Company's outlets. The indiviudal utilises strong leadership skills to lead all employees in the Company, and delegate responsibilities to Outlet managers and chefs to train staff accordingly. The individual also makes important decisions pertaining to operation related matters and ensures that the outlet complies with food, health and safety regulations.

Specific Responsibilities:

- The Trainee is responsible for overall operations of the food stall, including revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, marketing, customer service management
- The Trainee should be responsible in decision making for all Operation related matters and implement any new strategies or programmes to increase Staff efficiency and productivity
- The Trainee manages compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures accordingly:

- The Trainee shall also ensure full compliance with food and occupational safety regulations The Trainee shall enforce and sure upholding of hygiene and safety standards at the Stall
- In the Restaurant outlet premises, where Operations related activities occur. The Trainee shall be able to conduct roundings and checks to the Stall/Kitchen premises to ensure optimal standards of work, Hygiene and order.
- The Trainee shall possess Good leadership skills and be able to lead and guide all staff and kitchen crew, and delegate tasks whenever needed

3. Competencies:

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $3000, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3800

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:

- This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.Tags
