**_ Responsibilities:_** - The role is for Senior Project Manager to run PMO across regions and reports to EMEA & APAC Head of Core Accounts Technology. - Establish reports and governance process to proactively highlight the area of focus and highlight the risks/issues and actions for the key projects and programs across APAC & EMEA. - Overall understanding of Financial Forecasting and adjustments. - Liaising with PMs, Auditors and PMs on PMO queries. - Liaising with Procurement/vendor on SOW execution, liaising with staffing office on SOW onboarding to track resources. - Manage resources matrix reporting line. - Work with Vendors for Resource Management to monitor and ensure proper tagging of resources to SOW, track resources onboarding/Offboarding, attend to staffing queries, requests, targets - Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules. - Proactively notify the Development Leads of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns. - Build and sustain strong relationships with the senior business leaders associated with the platform. - Be able to multi-task - Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. - Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates. - Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions on pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions. - Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals. - Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management; accountable for resource planning. - Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards. - Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties. **_ Qualifications:_** - BS or MS Degree in Information Technology, Management or equivalent is preferable - 10+ years of experience in IT Organizations running PMO functions for global organizations, including major initiatives. - Strong Program Finance Management, Vendor Management, Project Risk Management background is required to be successful in this role. - Collaborator, Team players, and challenge the status quo to set proactive PMO organization are indeed the most desirable skill to this role. - Proven Experience with Agile methodology - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Clear communication skills - Relationship builder and team player - Negotiation, difficult conversation management and prioritization skills - Understanding of concepts of finance and accounting This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
