**Video Producer (Junior / Senior or Team Lead)**
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00am -6:00pm (We are operating on hybrid arrangement - 2 days WFO)
- Boon Keng MRT
- $2300 - $2800 (junior) / $3300 - $4500 (Senior or Team Lead)

**About the Job**:

- To work with the team lead to help the Creative Team in creating video-related content and photography work. This means helping to improve the quality of the content, mentor interns and increase the following of the brand.
- Take on mainly videography duties, but also photography and photo-editing duties when needed to the employee's best ability when required. You will spend most of your time creating Facebook and YouTube videos.
- Work professionally with external clients of the Company to execute campaigns.
- Responsible for the planning and ideating of video content on company’s channels.
- To train and supervise junior staff such as interns under your care so they improve their skills.

**Junior Management Duties (when ready)**
- To train and supervise junior staff such as interns under your care so they improve their
- skills. This includes managing, motivating them and caring for their well-being.
- To quality control all work produced by your junior to ensure quality of media produced is consistent with the Company’s standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing
- Diploma in Film course or any media related field
- Able to shoot and edit photos and videos
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Lightroom
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO and Social Media will be added advantages
