We are looking for a **Senior Video Producer & Editor** to support all in-house video editing. To be able to come up with creative ways of showing the concept across through postproduction and ability to support all in-house production, to be able to advise on creative directions, as well as handling the hardware (camera, lights, sound).

In this role, you will be playing a huge part in the whole production process. Pre, during and postproduction as well as live productions (Webinars, Webcasts). Creative inputs are always encouraged.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading full video production and Live-stream process including conceptualisation, scheduling, filming, and post-production
- Editing internal videos
- Arrange and organise production and post-production logistics
- Research, draft, propose, create, and produce engaging/unique video content related to the company
- Work with internal teams to brainstorm fresh and creative video ideas

**Experience Requirements**
- At least 3 years' experience in creating multi-platform content, leveraging digital and social media platforms
- Demonstrable track record of productions in the unscripted space, both long and short form
- Excellent communication skills and good team player to effectively manage various stakeholders in upholding production & brand needs between stakeholders, and talent
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, tight budgets and agile in the planning of production schedule

**Video Production**
- Proven track record of producing video content to a high level (including scripting, producing and editing)
- End to end shoot production with a good understanding of technical requirements
- Experience in Camera, Lighting and Sound

**Live Streaming**
- Experience delivering content across live streaming platforms
- Experience doing an end to end live streaming (webcast/ webinar) - to various platforms
- Bonus: Technical Skills of Live Streaming

**Editing**
- Experience with creative software
- Strong editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop an advantage
