**Video Producer**

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the technology industry.

As we continue to grow our creative team, we are looking for a Video Producer to join us and work with our amazing client - a global technology company. In this team, you will proactively develop and design the visual (look and feel) of our videos, work closely with our creative, social media, editorial and marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about video production, video editing, and project management.

**Role**:

- Review the script and briefs and provide creative input to turn the script and briefs into a full-fledged storyboard.
- Prepare and coordinate speakers of different languages for the day of the shoot.
- Responsible for the day of the shoot, including directing speakers, setting up equipment, recording audio, and assembling raw footage.
- Reorder, fine-tune, and edit the raw content into a final high quality video.
- Oversee the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.
- Report the work progress on a regular basis to the Program Lead.
- Provide key insights and collaborate with other teams to improve the workflow.
- Provide an excellent production experience for all speakers and follow our brand guidelines.

**You**:

- Bachelor degree with strong academic record or 5+ years of equivalent experience in media production
- Proficiency in using specific editing software packages, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience in producing short-form videos for social media
- Proficiency in directing green screen studio production
- Proficiency in shooting, lighting, and sound recording
- Proficiency in colour correction and basic studio enhancements
- Track record of strong performance and commitment to problem-solving
- Highly motivated, energetic and a self-starter
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to support projects across APAC.
