**Roles & Responsibilities**
**The Role**
- You want to be part of a dynamic global HR team that support our wonderful people
- You’re a whiz at administering & maintaining HR systems (we use BambooHR)
- You’re just as experienced with HR financials, reporting, and MOM admin, and keen to work alongside our amazing Finance team headquartered in Singapore
- You are numerically savvy, detail orientated, love spreadsheets & HR Operations
- You’re super organised, own your work, keep on top of deadlines and are persistent in following people up - including your managers
- You have a can-do attitude, are proactive and confident
- You can work autonomously, are an independent thinker and you’re not afraid to ask questions
- You’re best friends with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You have a global outlook, international experience would be ideal
- It would be truly amazing if you came from an IT background
**You will be responsible **for providing administrative support and assistance to HR and Finance, at a high level, but not limited to, the areas listed below.
**HRIS - BambooHR**
- Day to day BAU maintenance & filing of all staff records
- Preparation of staff correspondence, on-boarding & off-boarding administration
- Template & calendar maintenance, ad-hoc reporting
**Generalist Admin**
- Maintenance of template folders & documents, salary & bonus spreadsheets
- Maintenance, co-ordination & communication of HR calendar
- Associates administration, maintenance & coordination of assignment sheets
- Maintain & administer Gifted
- Coordinate the fun stuff, our social activities & online events, functions & travel
**Recruitment Admin & Support**
- Assist with job descriptions, writing ads, maintenance of recruitment portals
- Preparation of inhouse consultant bios
**Finance**
- On & off-boarding staff, calculating entitlements & validating with payroll
- Staff insurance administration, on & off the portal
- Reconciliation of leave accruals & payout figures, processing of adjustments
**Government**
- MOM admin of work passes, claims, & grants
**Ideal Profile**
**Key skills**
- You are experienced in administering HR information systems, reporting data
- You love working with numbers, calculating HR financials, & building spreadsheets
- You have strong Word & PowerPoint skills
- You are highly analytical & a critical thinker
- You have excellent communication skills & are highly service orientated.
**Experience**
- 5 years working in HR and administration
- Certificate or Diploma qualified
