Key Responsibilities include:

- Work with relevant business units and service partners to review and manage inflight catering spent
- Timely review of meal prices to ensure pricing reasonableness and completeness of submissions
- Perform cost analysis to identify areas of high spent and together with business units and service partners, propose and recommend adjustments to inflight meal offerings to meet cost targets
- Liaise with business units and service partners to implement new initiatives
- Monitoring and verifying cost spent
- Assist with invoice verification to ensure accuracy of charges to prevent overbilling
- Work with service partners to resolve detected invoice discrepancies
- Administrative support
- Provide administrative support in ensuring that all correspondences, contracts and addendums are properly recorded and filed
- Organise meeting with relevant business units to resolve challenges
- Complete any other duties assigned to meet team objectives

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (preferably with proficient skills in Excel)
- Comfortable dealing with numbers, meticulous and detailed oriented
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and strive to provide quality work even under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable to changes, fast learner and a problem solver
- Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
