[What you will be working on]
- Assisting in SportSG corporate and sub-brand development and presentations to safeguard its identity and reputation in the minds and hearts of the community and stakeholders.
- Application of brand and marketing visual communication concepts to UI/UX process and ensure adaptability to other form of touchpoints
- Working alongside the brand team to audit websites and other digital touchpoints’s UI/UX
- Develop the framework/guidelines for business units’ and brand teams’ participation on all digital assets including social media, and ensure IM8 compliance
- Assisting in marketing automation and workflows as part of user journey-mapping exercise
- Curate/create and maintain graphic design elements on ActiveSG Circle that reflect the brand’s personality and highlights major campaign themes, as discussed with Team Lead/s
- Illustrate integration ideas using storyboards and processes between ActiveSG Circle an Sport Singapore’s Strategic Narrative team, where applicable
- In collaboration with product owners/team leads, to evaluate, consult and create design graphic user interface elements as part of continuous process of building/enhancing ActiveSG Circle product offerings
- Brand custodian for ActiveSG Circle on style standards on fonts, colours and images
- Product management and delivery to ensure timely brand/campaign requirements.

[What we are looking for]

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and a champion for organizational transformation through data.
- Background in Design, Marketing, Computer or Information Science and/or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 -7 years of working experience in designing web and mobile products within the digital, marketing or communications field
- A knowledge of digital engagement platforms, e.g. Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze etc.
- Proven track record in managing and implementing effective UI/UX solutions
- A high level of comfort with common UX methodologies and tools, including research, journey mapping, screenflows, and iteration.
- A strong affinity for collaboration and working with others to create designs.
- Proficiency in designing clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using relevant mock-up software
- Understanding/ experience of CRM - to maximize the efficiency of our CRM data and software
- Experience with data analytical skills
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities
