Control and Instrumentation Engineer

Singapore CIS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. Full time

Prepare RFQ and perform bidding evaluation for ICSS and field instruments
- Prepare control & instrumentation philosophy, specifications and datasheets in accordance with client/industry standards
- Prepare instrument list, database, control system block diagrams and control narratives
- Prepare process cause & effect diagrams in line with process P&ID/safe charts
- Prepare fire & gas cause & effect diagrams inline with detector layout/technical safety design.
- Review vendor package detailed engineering design specification and functional design specifications
- Actively participate & contribute workshops, various studies, contractor meetings, cross functional meetings, interface management and coordination with package vendor.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in control systems, instrumentation engineering
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in I&C engineering
- Preferred design experience with hydrocarbon engineering or offshore oil & gas processing facilities
- Able to meet the project expectations in terms of quality and schedule
- Collaborative and team player, self-motivated, creative, versatile and independent.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Preferred functional safety trained/certification.
