Control & Instrumentation Engineer

Support the Power Plant to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Perform frontline troubleshooting on plant equipment defects and failure to maintain high availability
- Provide necessary guidance and advice to maintenance staff or external contractor to execute the maintenance work in a good engineering manner
- Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation
- Maintain and update maintenance data and maintenance record for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Check that PPE are provided and subordinates are utilizing it by executing works with all safety precautions
- Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma holder in Electronics, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineering
- 8 years of Project/Maintenance working experience in Automation/Control and Instrumentation
- Good understanding in reading P&ID, Loop Diagram, PFUP, Logics diagram
- Good knowledge in DCS system, PLC Scada system
- Hands on experience in field instrumentation such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, vibration and analytical measurements
- Hands on experience in final control element such as SOV, Control Valve, Hydraulic/Pnematic Actuators and its control accessories
- Knowledge in power plant gas turbine, steam turbine protections, control, startup and shutdown procedure
- Knowledge in cyber security is an added advantage
