**Responsibilities**:

- He/She will be expected to independently carry out design and review of the detailed engineering of instrumentation and control systems for bulk liquid terminals, pipeline network, high-pressured gas transmission & distribution network, petrochemical plant, Cryogenic storage facility and Cogeneration plant etc, to ensure they are in compliance with project requirements and according to specifications/ international codes and standards
- Develop specifications, data sheets, test plan and assist instrumentation & Control system testing, pre-commissioning and start-up
- Selection and evaluation of Instrumentation & Control equipment/systems; such as DCS, SIS, Terminal automation systems (TAS), SCADA, Tank gauging system, FGS and others sub-systems
- Selection and evaluation of field instrument selection.
- Develop installation design drawings, hook-up drawing and connection detail drawings
- Ability to attend, comment and witness equipment performance test during Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree (Hons) in Electrical / Control Engineering from a recognized University:

- Minimum five (5) years in carrying out Conceptual, FEED and Detailed Engineering of I&C systems, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Aviation Fuel System, high-pressured gas network, utility plant and Power Automation
- Conversant with relevant local and international codes & standards relating to instrumentation and control.
- Proficient in MS Suites, AUTOCAD or SPI
- Good knowledge in PLC, SIS, SCADA and DCS
- Keen interest in Renewables and energy transition to clean and innovative energy solutions will be an added advantage
- Strong writing skills, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Good in clients and contractors’ management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to be an independent problem solver
- Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and contractors.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Fluency in communication, reading and written English.
