**Description:
- Responsible for field instrument and control system design work.
- Able to understand process requirement from P&ID, select suitable process control, safety instrumentation as per the project specifications.
- Participate in the project HAZOP, 3D model review.
- Prepare instrument data sheet, Instrument Index, DCS I/O List
- Prepare construction drawings such as Control system architecture, Instrument Location Plan, hook-up, cable routing, loop diagram, cable schedule.
- Prepare RFQ for various process instruments, vendor technical bid evaluation.
- Preparation of technical proposals, material take-off and cost estimation for tender projects.Perform other functions that may be assigned by superior.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Instrument and Control Engineering.
- 3~5 years’ experience in instrument and control system design work.
- Knowledge and experience in Field Instrument Engineering as well as Control System, e.g. DCS, ESD, F&G.
- Able to work at construction site to support construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Good interpersonal and communication.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
