Customer Service Travel Consultant (Japanese Speaker)

MNC Corporate Travel Industry

Salary Up to $5000

Rotating shift, including weekends and PH

Location: Central Area

Job Responsibilities:

- Adhere with the company’s sales process
- Recommend the best travel and flight route to clients to assist them to get to their destination at the designated time for their business meeting in a fast and efficient manner using the Global Distribution System (GDS)
- Provide excellent and professional client service according to Operational Excellence standards.
- Communicate to customers, colleagues and suppliers in a clear professional manner
- Handle service issues & complaints
- Ensure clients’ travel policy is accurately applied to all reservations on the Global Distribution System
- Able to interpret various airlines fare rules and understand the restrictions around the various class of airline tickets
- Follow the processing bookings accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements:

- Pref Minimum Diploma on any related field
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a rostered shifts to cover afterhours shift including overnight, weekends and public holidays.
- Must be able to speak in Japanese language fluently or achieve GLPT1 to liaise with Japanese speaking clients/customers
