**Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team as a Travel Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel inquiries, recommending suitable destinations and packages, and ultimately closing sales to meet revenue targets. As the face of Dynasty Travel, you'll interact directly with consumers, providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with walk-in customers and respond to inquiries about travel destinations, packages, and services.
- Listen attentively to clients' needs and preferences, and recommend tailored travel solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, based on destination knowledge and industry expertise.
- Present and promote various travel packages, promotions, and special offers to clients, highlighting the value proposition of booking with Dynasty Travel.
- Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately using our reservation system, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided to clients.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, provide pre-travel assistance, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and product knowledge to enhance customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail sales department.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or travel-related roles preferred but not required.
- Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about different destinations, cultures, and travel products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to closing sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to accommodate retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software systems.
