**Jobscope**:
Guide our platform architecture to ensure performance, security, and extensibility.
Work together with technical and product management to define the roadmap and resourcing plans for our core platform.
Collaborate with peer leaders to build and deliver delightful products and achieve our business objectives.
Keep abreast of and advocate the best practices and technologies to ensure reliability and rapid pace of development.

**Requirements**:
**Experienced with backend development**: You have developed and delivered large-scale backend systems for mobile or payments. You know what it takes to start from scratch and go live in production. You would be familiar with cloud technologies and Kubernetes. You might also be familiar with AWS and Kotlin.

**An Agile practitioner**: You have deep familiarity with agile development practices. You are an advocate of test-driven development, continuous integration and delivery. You rely on measurements and instrumentation to make data-driven decisions.
Respected equally by individual engineers, product leaders, and business leaders: You are capable of getting hands-on with code while also having a good understanding of the business and product.

**An experienced leader**: You have multiple years of experience as a senior technical lead or architect at multiple organizations.
