**Job Description & Requirements**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of service crew, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of service quality.
- Monitor and manage daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure service crew adhere to established service standards and procedures, providing coaching and feedback when necessary.
- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with employee onboarding, and performance evaluations, making recommendations for promotions, training, or disciplinary actions.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce company policies and procedures related to service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze service-related reports, such as customer feedback, sales performance, and service metrics.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.

**Requirements**:

- Possess 1 year of F&B service experience
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Preferable to know Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, including point-of-sale (POS) and customer service software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per month
