Field Surveyor

Location: Changi Airport (Fully Air-conditioned) 2 months contract + 1 year option for renewal $12/hr 3 shifts available: 0700hr to 1500hr, 1500hr to 2300hr, 2300hr to 0700hr **Job Scope** - Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad) - Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions) **Job requirements and expectations** - Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably - Proficient in the use of iPad/Android tablet - Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisors on a timely manner - Past experience in market research, survey interviewing and customer service would be beneficial - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between) - Able to commit at least 15 days a month, including 1 weekend day **About us** Welcome to the Insights Table.
