**Daily activities**

Your tasks and responsibilities include the following:

- Assist to maintain an accurate crew planning with all parties involved in crew planning matters, including project/vessel related demands in coordination with HMC offices and the directive of the Operational Manager.
- To arrange all logistics of crew including but not limited to travel and accommodation.
- To contact crew for confirmation of travel and all other logistics arrangement.
- To assist to plan and book training courses.
- To conduct briefing/presentation to new hires.
- Able to be on standby outside normal working hours responding to calls or other work requirements.
- Assist to keep an adequate quarterly planning, taking into account relevant demands (conditions of employment, projects and input from the crewing planning team).

**Who will you work with?**

The Crewing Assistant is member of the Operations Department. You will work in a team with other crewing assistants and planners in various disciplines and actively liaise with colleagues in other departments and offices, like Engineering and HR & Finance.

Next to this you take the different interests of different divisions of the organization and mutual relations into account. You recognize the effects and results of your own decisions or activities on other parts of the organization.

**Furthermore, you have**:

- Relevant Secondary or Higher School Education.
- Diploma in HR is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken.
- Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills.
