**The CLA Management Associate & Apprenticeship Programme is a structured leadership development programme that aims to give young professionals an opportunity to accelerate their growth trajectory as a future leader in the youth development service sector.**:
**Management Associates undergo 4 rotation tours (Corporate Services, Event Management, Programmes and General Operations), working directly with departments and specialists as they learn-by-doing. Through intentional and mindful exposure to impact-making work, challenging project assignments, and coaching from the Senior Leadership Team - SLT,**:
**What sort of work you can expect**
- Directly design, develop and conduct raining workshops for the community we serve in english and chinese
- Organise and execute on fundraising projects and community initiatives, and interact with key sponsors and donors
- Conceptualise and deploy marketing and branding plans for our nonprofit initiatives and youth development programmes.
- Measuring impact and finding new ways of working for the future.
- Ability to translate English to Chinese for curriculum development and lesson plans

**_We are looking for someone with _**
- A heart and passion for youth development work, non-profit impact
- An Aspiration to Inspire generations of young people.
- Fresh graduate, or recent graduate with at least 3 years of full-time work experience.
- Preferably (not mandated) holding an good diploma or degree
- Independent and highly resourceful, with a quick and critical mind.
- High learning agility and willingness to challenge oneself with new pursuits.
- Great interpersonal skills and communication skills across various levels of stakeholders.
