Your new job includes
- drive sustainable business growth across all product categories through superior and consistent client service and ensure continued elevation of brand longevity through best-in-class Retail and Omni-channel practices.
- be commercially astute by analyzing variances against sales to achieve planned targets and goals, with the ability to partner with internal stakeholders to manage product assortment and sales growth with realistic forecasted sales targets, and develop deep understanding of the competitive landscape, surrounding community, important events and market trends.
- demonstrate leadership to engage and energize the team to achieve key performance objectives through teamwork and day-to-day operations, oversee and maximise workforce resources based on customer traffic demand and trading patterns.
- implement operational processes to ensure retail excellence and integrate compliance mechanisms for business continuity purposes and other government regulations.
- develop efficient processes relating to inventory and stock management and ensure that there is always a healthy stockholding.
- champion the core values of the Maison while attracting, developing and inspiring a team of top talent.

What you should bring along
- relevant experience within the luxury industry with at least 8 years of practical experience in a dynamic Retail Sales environment, and a minimum 3 years of in-boutique team management experience.
- excellent command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
- good communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
- ability to perform well under pressure and a firm grasp of the big picture in managing sales and process workflows to guarantee boutique performance.
- strong Team management, Sales and Communication skills with the ability to understand the needs of customers coming from diverse cultural backgrounds through active listening and to act on their requirements accordingly.
- openness to work in shift rotations as required by the business.
