Your new job includes
- be the Client Relationship owner, a trustworthy adviser and a reliable team player who thrives to provide the best customer experience and takes pride in developing long-term relationships.
- deliver strong business performance by achieving the sales and key performance indicators as well as CRM targets.
- transmit brand awareness through storytelling, and will keep yourself updated with latest trends and competitors’ activities, including but not limited to services, promotions and marketing trends.
- manage stock requirements to fulfil orders and align the visual merchandising of the store according to guidelines as well as ensuring proper housekeeping efforts are done on daily basis.
- comply with store guidelines and established policies and standards, and where required, provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- live our culture and values, engage with other Team Members on a personal and professional level, and strive for the over-all team’s success.

What you should bring along
- practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, preferably with professional experience in retail luxury brands and established client base.
- good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
- basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Point of Sales systems.
- strong teamwork, communication, and sales skills with the ability to understand the needs of customers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds through active listening.
- ability to work well under pressure to achieve business goals.
- openness to work in varied shifts between early morning to late evening hours and as per business needs.
