Senior Manager, Employer Branding

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Senior Manager for Employer Branding and Comms to join our Group People & Sustainability (Group Human Resources) team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to create and distribute content that highlights our unique culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams to plan, organise, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events, both online and offline, to attract top talent and increase awareness of Singtel as a preferred employer.
- Design and implement employee advocacy programmes that encourage current employees and alumni to share their experiences and promote Singtel as a great place to work.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management, and recommending improvements as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employer branding and talent attraction, and use this knowledge to continually enhance our strategies.
- Educated to at least degree level; and IHRP certification is a plus
- At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Exceptional written communications, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing - in particular LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram and TikTok
- Experience in working with creative and media agencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box and bring innovative ideas.
- Experience with graphic design and videography would be a major plus
