A growing market leader, continuing their ambitious expansion planes are currently looking for a TA, Employer Branding Manager to be part of their team. The manager will be working under the Centre of Excellence team, managing 1 HR Executive.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the manager will drive cluster level talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, attract talents and building talent pipeline to meet the company resourcing needs.

The manager will also focus on employer branding, recruitment marketing and manage the publishing of social medial content. In addition, harmonise recruitment relevant policies/ guidelines and streamline recruitment processes at cluster level.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum Degree qualification in Human Resource, Business or Marketing & Communications Management;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in TA strategy and employer branding.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process; healthcare industrial experience or public sector experience will be an added value;
- Strong communications & interpersonal skills and enjoy working with cross-institutions and different levels of stakeholders to drive, influence and manage result;
- Strong strategical thinking and analytical skills with good strength in writing business proposal and presentation;
- Knowledge of Success Factor will be an added advantage
