Senior Ta Analyst

We are looking to hire a Senior TA Analyst / TA Analyst for our Singapore office to oversee mutual fund operations and support global shareholder services strategies. This role is responsible for TA Oversight activities. This role also helps to protect the best interests of the funds, shareholders and Franklin Templeton by providing support to Global Shareholder Services strategies.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?- Oversee and manage appointed Vendors in accordance with local mutual fund and global requirements- Manage and resolve escalations, complaints, breaches, pricing errors, operational issues, and requests from Product and Distribution teams- Act as the primary point of contact for services providers and internal business partners locally and regionally to manage expectations, mitigate impacts when issues arise and provide solutions when necessary- Act as a consultant on inquiries from internal business partners, including Sales and Client Services team, Legal, and Compliance- Provide proactive services support on local funds, including orders arrangement and commission payments, in compliance with local regulations and global standards- Monitor services provided by the appointed vendor via Risk & Control Tool and regular services review calls, ensure compliance with both local and global standards- Engage other internal stakeholders on company goals and initiatives, such as local and global products initiatives- Support appointed services providers on related TA activities and developments, such as Myfunds tool, automation, and platform arrangements such as ICDS and local trading platforms- Coordinate requests from Compliance, Trustee, Regulators, and both internal and external auditors in compliance with local regulations and global standards- Take lead and drive projects, new initiatives, and tasks assigned by reporting manager in compliance with both local regulations and global standards.

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience- At least 5 years’ experience working in a financial services firm ideally in a client service role- Mutual funds experience is a plus-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to interact with clients, business partners and management. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.- Ability to work independently and in a team with mínimal supervision to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and business partners- Detailed-oriented and good analytical skills to identify potential issues- Effective organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize own workload- Equipped with proactive mindset- Ability to resolve queries arising in daily work, maintain accountability and escalate issues appropriately- Ability to start within short notice is highly preferred#LI-APAC
