**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the company culture across different markets
- Responsible for advising management to ensure company compliance with all federal, and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation, employment and training, payroll, health and safety programs
- Working with all functions as a business partner planning headcount and talent requirements for the growth of the organization.
- Create internal policies and standards
- Provides an effective recruitment function for all job levels with emphasis on building and retaining a highly qualified, diverse work force with a strong work ethic and personal accountability.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes
- To design, set-up, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency
- Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations
- Prepare reports to the leadership team using business metrics and KPIs
**Requirements**:
- BSc/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable
- 10+ years’ experience in HR function(s) with strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- Proven experience as VP of HR or other senior HR role
- In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Ability to use metrics and analytics
- Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skillsets
- Independent and adaptive individual with strong sense of urgency and meticulousness
- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Great interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
