**POSITION: Customer Service Specialist**
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Processing customer orders.
- Provide quotation to customers.
- Provide monthly sales report or monthly projected sales revenue to Taiwan office.
- Liaise with the factory or supplier to provide solutions for customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Knowing our products well so that you can answer customer questions.
- Arrange for both local and overseas (import/ export) shipment with freight forwarder and monitor the shipment delivery status to desires locations.
- Handle and monitor procurement related matters, constantly follow up on order status and delivery schedule with suppliers.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent required or fresh graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends, if necessary.
- Demonstrate and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with counterparts in Taiwan).
